Our client was after a unique dinner location to inspire and surprise their team at the end of their Queenstown conference programme.

Heidis Hut was the perfect match. The mountainside venue is tucked away on the Coronet Peak ski field and offers incredible views across the Whakatipu Basin.

Impact

HQ New Zealand transformed Heidi’s Hut into an intimate bistro-style restaurant for the evening.

Guests were kept in the dark about the secret alpine dinner location and told to dress warm. 4WD coaches provided safe and comfortable travel from town and across the ski field to the venue.

Guests were greeted with champagne on arrival and fire pits to keep warm outside while enjoying the view. They enjoyed a farm-to-table sharing style menu and were even treated to a light dusting of snow, capping off a magical evening.
